We’re looking for highly motivated intern to join our client services team for a 13 week paid internship, working on client accounts such as Westfield, Grosvenor and Canary Wharf Group.

The primary responsibilities are outlines in the key areas below:
The focus of the Client Services Intern is learning the basic principles of Client Management, specifically within the Property & Place Sector, which involves working on projects for Property Developers, Architects and Interior Designers.
Admin support for the P&P Team
To keep the management system up to date, including job status, running off reports on project information and generating purchase orders for freelancers and suppliers.
To use project management systems/tools/processes to help plan, resource, track and effectively deliver projects, setting up project folders including all key templates and ensuring all project administration is completed, communicated and filed accordingly.
Supporting on Client Projects
To support on a select number of smaller client projects, as and when required, researching project background information and having overall awareness of all projects and enquiries in the team.
To assist in raising client estimates, ensure all project costs and expenses are up to date in Streamtime and to review costs against budgets on an ongoing basis, flagging any issues to the manager.
To foster good relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams, to proactively support their team by suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate and to refer to team members for advice and support.

- A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related
