Crafting a London Landmark

Crafting a London Landmark

Redesigning the brutalist Kings Reach Tower, a fixture of London’s South Bank, is not a task to be undertaken lightly. So when CIT took on the development project, the company brought in a team who were renowned for their ability to imagine an iconic space inside and out.

Uniform joined architect KPF’s expert team of leading interior designers Johnson Naylor, Studio Ashby, 1508 and Dara Huang to visualise these distinct and luxurious apartments. Our visualisation team developed photo-realistic images of the shared spaces – including lobby, swimming pool and spa – along with apartments and penthouses.

With a view that encompasses the Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge and St Paul’s Cathedral, the reimagined South Bank Tower is a distinctly striking contribution to London’s skyline. CIT sold nearly three quarters of the 191 luxury apartments over a year before completion.
