Our solution was to create a film that allowed potential buyers to see the tower before it had left the drawing board. We showcased the amazing views across the capital, and the incredible quality and detail of the build.
By the end of 2014, more than two years before completion, MLG had sold around 50 apartments, 20% of the total – in line with its ambitious targets.
