We’ve engaged with leading thinkers in the food and drink sector, reviewed two years of consumer trend data, and spent hours cataloguing and segmenting the different problems consumers face.

What emerged was six master problem areas. These provide a universal framework to classify any specific problem brands face and reveal the deeper consumer behaviours, emotions and trends around it.
